is there any chance of not getting a response for a ticket
I wanted to change my region since i moved away from my region so i submitted a ticket to change my shard but didnt get a reply for almost 3 days.
more context: i changed my region like 4 months ago (APAC to NA) and i came back home for summer , they also said you can change regions only after 90 days but its been 4 months since i changed my regions in game.
