In order to get Vanguard, VALORANT’s anti-cheat, to work on your computer you most enable secure boot and TPM 2.0. Here are some resources that will assist you in the process:

i need help changing it to 2.0 or run valorant without 2.0
Bro is onto nothing
The link is a guide to troubleshoot it yourself to try to get TPM 2.0. If you can't get it then i suggest contacting riot via tickets
They'll most likely give you the same information diluted down so it's more understandable
so is there any fix

TPM 2.0 needs to be enabled and also requires compatible hardware. You can check your motherboard and CPU manuals for tips on enabling it and for what version it supports. Or actually read the page someone linked to above.
If your hardware only supports TPM 1.2, you'll need to replace ur motherboard and maybe also your CPU (which may require other upgrades).
If ur hardware bound and this happened because you upgraded to Windows 11, you should just reinstall Windows 10. If this happened because Riot flagged your account, you'll need to play on a system with TPM 2.0 support.
The links above in this thread have tips on all of this. Just spend the time to read them.
