This is something done in your BIOS
Since you mentioned you're on an Asus PC, these should help:
Enable Secure Boot:

You should also go and check TPM is enabled:
https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1046215/
These are for Asus ROG Motherboards, but I suspect the processes will be similar for Asus Prime models as well

There should be an option called restore factory keys or enroll all keys
