Having huge lag spikes (high ms) for no reason and it wasn't happening before

Hello, I live in switzerland and my ping has huge lag issues which make the game unplayable I don't even know why, I tried restarting my wifi and downloaded something called exitlag but still having that much ping Can someone help me? It would be great. Thanks.
