Friend list problem
Hi! I was online one day and saw my friend on the riot client. At that time, that same friend is playing with another person on another game and they told me they did not log in at all. Just wondering if that’s a bug or if someone logged in their account? And if it’s the latter, can we check if someone logged in thru riot support ticket?

If your friend was not logged in and played, the account is probably hijacked. 2FA is usually the way to see that + stop it, like when you recieve these emails with a code to log in with.
I´m not sure if the support can exactly see what IP or location or what user logged in to play games, but I guess it´s free to ask.
Tell your friend to enable 2FA if not already active!
The community help forum is managed by the community and does not offer any official Riot support. You can create a support ticket at https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/requests/new for official support.
Yeah because she told her another friend about the login info so now she is suspecting that friend but that friend is denying it
Your friend should also use the "logout from all devices" in his riot account settings. If he/she/- has 2FA active noone unauthorized should be able to access the account anymore :OKAY:
and there is no known visual bugs about that?
i dont think there are, no
Hmm that’s very weird
Note that account sharing in any way is against riots TOS and bannable
Yes but it’s not account sharing
Just saying
Ik but it’s not it’s more complicated than that
:peeposhrug: rules are rules
and vanguard knows everything
So the only thing that make sense in this situation is someone logged in their account 100%
?
or if they logged in like an hour ago and logged off, does that still show up as a bug
97%, pretty sure
things like that are usually pretty fast at updating the online/offline things
Solution
Yeah okay I will tell them to ask riot then
