False Ban

hello friend can you help me I bought a new computer and when I first started the game, I got a secure boot error. I went into the BIOS and fixed it. After playing for 3 days, I saw the message "Your account has been permanently suspended." I deposited nearly $300 into my account. There is no 3rd party software on my computer. I only use logitech g hub and blitz I opened a few support calls but did not get a positive response. Messages were always sent by the same bots.
