Creating a space to plan a meet up the day before the conference starts. No particular itinerary to suggest at this point, but perhaps it might be best to plan around breakfast and/or dinner?

Sorry for replying a bit late. I messed up the dates, I will take part in the workshops on Tuesday. (I somehow thought the 14th to be Monday...) Meeting would still be possible if it happens early enough. We have a hotel close to yours. But I think meeting at 8 o'clock would be required for me to make it in time for the workshop.
That is if we find something in close proximity. I can check that later, there seem to be a couple of nice places.
