Unable to use paid plan features
I signed up for the paid Workers & Pages plan yesterday and still cannot use any of the features. In the Cloudflare dashboard, I still show up on the free plan. I have an invoice showing as paid and my bank shows the payment went through as well. I opened a ticket yesterday but have still not received a response. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Workers Paid is separate from the pro plan. What feature are you looking to use?
I was looking to use durable objects. I signed up for the $5 a month paid plan on the "Workers & Pages" page.
Yeah that should get you access. What error are you getting when you try to create one?
I don't have the exact error handy, but it was something along the lines of "You need to upgrade to the paid plan to use durable objects".
Ah then the ticket is the only it can be resolved.
if you go to Workers and pages, you still see free in the top right?
iirc DOs have to be specifically enabled to use it by going to a Worker and scrolling down to Durable Objects and enabling, it's been a while though
I still show as free
yea that's going to be a billing ticket then sadly, can't do much here in that case
