no( u are multiplying a constant with the value of sin 100 where 100 is the angle if it were to be sin 1/2x 100degree it would be sin 50

Thanks and one more doubt Is cos(-12°) = -cos 12° As you said we can't multiply a constant so this is also incorrect (Just asking for clarity)

yes this is wrong too as it is -12 degree then it will lie in the 4th quadrant and actually be 360-12 = 348 degree therefore cos348 degree whenever u see an angle in -ve, it is measured clockwise . for it to be +ve u need to measure it ACW
