Secure Mode will only boot up main monitor in 60hz and 2nd monitor is completely blank

Okay, so I wanted to redownload Valorant and once I did that and booted it up, it required me to turn on the secure boot setting on my BIOS, of course I did this because I wanted to play the silly game. Once I did this, my main monitor would work, but my 2nd monitor wouldn't and my main one wouldn't go above 60hz. I look up numerous guides on how to fix this and all of them said to update my bios, which I did. Doing this helped absolutely nothing so I looked up more guides and they said to reset the CMOS and remove the battery. This completely bricked my first motherboard and I ended up having to buy a new one and it got here yesterday, I took it to the computer shop for the guy to look at and fix and he set everything up and even made it run faster than it normally does for only $120 in total (thanks Leo you're the best) but even after doing all this, I tried booting my computer into secure boot mode and the same problem occurred. I reset the CMOS once more with the power switch cable in my pc, but I am EXTREMELY reluctant to remove the battery for fear of bricking my motherboard. Does anyone know what to do? I've seemingly tried just about everything and nothing has helped whatsoever. I am using the Gigabyte B650M D3HP AX.

The CMOS battery is meant to never be removed. Only In emergencies. As you could just restore back to factory default inside your BIOS without having to remove the CMOS battery But I am 100% confident that secure boot is not the issue at hand

It's most likely just your gpu drivers win+r, msinfo32, send a photo
