Email client like outlook doesn't work when Cloudflare enabled.
My website is hosted on bluehost shared server. It is connected with Cloudflare APO plugin. My primary DNS is managed by Cloudflare nameservers. When I enable Cloudflare I am able to access my website emails through webmail; however cannot access email through email clients like outlook and others. What could be a possible solution.

Could it be that the SMTP is failing
I switched off the proxied button on A record of mail.studiocontent.in in Cloudflare DNS dashboard and it started working.
You know this thing always confused me too, because isn’t Exchange Activesync over HTTPS? Any connections between an email client that supports Activesync and an Exchange server or M365 should theoretically work…
Maybe? Looking at it, does ActiveSync handle sending mail? I can only see that it handles syncing data down into the device
Yes Activesync handles both sending and receiving as far as I know. We only have to open port 443 on our firewall for it to work. However, as soon as I enable Cloudflare on it I start getting complaints about people not being able to get into their mailboxes. Was super strange
