Bazzite Desktop and Proton GE

Hi, I saw that Bazzite uses Gamescope and I was wondering if on a Desktop Image, there would be conflict/moving/deleting of files if I use Proton GE 9-3 with Desktop/Gamemode and switch back and forth? I saw in the recent Proton GE there is this command COPYPREFIX=1. if you are on a non -deck image, steam starts without -steamdeck if you are on a -deck or htpc image then it will always start with -steamdeck unless you run steam directly in the terminal the steam shortcut and autostart is linked to a custom script that applies -steamdeck if you are on the appropriate image...

if you are on a non -deck image, steam starts without -steamdeck if you are on a -deck or htpc image then it will always start with -steamdeck unless you run steam directly in the terminal the steam shortcut and autostart is linked to a custom script that applies -steamdeck if you are on the appropriate image idk about it auto applying it when going into big picture mode since that would be -gamepadui or -bigpicture

I see, thanks. I was wondering because I thought Big Picture mode enabled Gamescope which would trigger it.
