How should I change my linkedin so my current company cannot see the content and make it unsearchable by them. I also want a way to tell them why I no longer have linkedin for excuse.

i think the only way to that effectively other than homoglyphs is to block every single coworkers of your J1 on linkedin
that has been the defacto strategy people in the OE discord have done
and so far AFAIK there isn't a tool to automatically do this
