I need help my game freezes when I start moving and I normally get 100fps and never had this problem before

So
When I first stared plaiyng val I had the issue
I installed and re installed
which semmed to work at the time
but when a new update came and after I had stopped playing for like a week
I booted up
with the same issue
Ia tried uninstall and re install
no luck
Can you turn on most of the stats
It may just be network related

What do have running in the background?

Yeah, that may be your problem
You should probably get a dedicated GPU
