My account was hacked and stolen. And I can't get in touch with real ppl from riot support team.

They are a real person? Like they said riot games doesn't have support for China Please use the url that they have provided

No thats not gonna help Tencent has their own sever in China the account data is not shared.

Like I said above there is no riot games support in China, so the set up so the account that you created is not set up in China
