Refund policy
I submitted a refund request to riot and they denied it saying it wasn't in the refund policy. I thought I could refund used skins as a one time exception within 90 days???

It states in the policy you can only refund a skin as long as you have not 1. used it 2. upgraded it.

i refunded my prelude to chaos when it was upgraded and i was using it for a few days
