How "Stain Proof" are Western Rise shirts?
I have a 20 month old toddler, so seeing the "Stain Proof" on their site really interested me. Does anyone have experience with how stain proof these really are? Are we talking about a bit of dirt or a good splash of tomato sauce? I want to make sure that the Western Rise shirts are up to toddler dad life.

Idk if stain proof clothes are worth trying over having a good setup to clean stains from regular clothes
You're going to be sacrificing something (fashion, materials) by wearing these brands.
Most stains can pretty easily be taken out with oxiclean or white vinegar (and maybe baking soda)
I stand with Benjiara
Thank you for the advice! outside of the "Stain Proof" question, my wife and I sometimes get weird oil looking stains after using our washer/dryer. I am looking into how to stop it, but would you know how to get out those stains from existing clothes?
Could try dish soap or oxiclean
Oil based stains a lot of the time should go to the dry cleaner though
It may not be oil. For some reason, my parents' washer leaves lint like stains that may look like oil but they aren't

What Can You Do When Your Washing Machine Leaves Stains?
We rely on our washing machine to wash our dirty laundry, but what if it's the cause of dirty clothes? Is there any recourse when our washing machine leaves stains on our clothes?
Also don't use fabric softener in general and don't put stained clothes in the dryer until you've removed the stains
I asked Western Rise customer service and here is their response:
"Our X Cotton T-shirt is designed with a stain-resistant finish, offering a level of protection against common spills and stains encountered in everyday life. While it provides a degree of resilience, it's essential to note that no fabric is entirely immune to stains. However, our customers often find that the X Cotton T-shirt holds up admirably well under typical wear and tear situations, including those involving toddlers."
