Cant see People in Car-Meet Zones

When i go into a Car-Meet Zone i cant see anybody else than me and my friend, pls help

You need to join their party Party's that goto zones will have their own instance, and unless your in said party you won't see that instance. If you would like, press f5 and join their party to see the meet.
