Legion Go Bazzite Black Screen
Hello. I recently restarted my Legion Go from Bazzite. Now I receive a black screen when I attempt to boot into Bazzite. I dual boot with Windows, but never go into my Windows partion. I have read that Windows often overwrites other OS bootloaders, but I didn't do a recent Windows update. Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to have to go through the process of reinstalling Bazzite if I can avoid it. Thank you!

If you dock your legion, can you get to a tty terminal if you hit CTRL+ALT+F2 while you have the blank screen? if you can you might be able to see what the issue is by running
journalctl -r.
Do you get the blank screen every time you reboot? Did you update Bazzite recently? If so you might be able to boot up the last good image that you installedYes I updated Bazzite recently. I will try what you mentioned
Okay, I just tried hitting CTRL+ALT+F2 on the blank screen. Nothing happened, though.
Hmmm try mash the ESC key or the Shift key during boot and see if you can get to the menu for booting your last working image. You'll want to boot the one that is labeled "ostree:1", that is your previous image before the upgrade

I'm trying f1-f5 with no success. Also, mashing esc did bring up that menu. My keyboard was unresponsive in that menu and it seemed to autoselect the top option after a couple seconds.

It works enough to get to the menu 🤷🏻♂️ lol. Maybe I'll try a corded keyboard at some point.

What ver are you on
try mash the down button with whatever button you are mashing, the down button stops the grub timer, so you have more than 5 seconds to think of what you want to select
Tried it and still moved to the next screen after 5 seconds.

I'm having the same issue after latest update
I'm pretty sure 3.0.1. I just recently updated with ujust update. After that gamemode had a notification to restart for an update. Restarting with that began my problem.
I need the long date based version
When the ostree menu moves to the next screen, this is what I get. My keyboard is responsive on this menu. It's just the ostree menu where nothing happens when I press arrow keys

Also having the same issue with Legion Go and the latest update. I am able to boot into the last good image however.

make sure any fn lock is not on
another user managed to fumble his way into the latest image working
I used a wired keyboard and was able to access the image menu by pressing ESC once on boot
Okay. I'll try again later.
Got it working through grub menu. When I attempted to boot through bios menu the keyboard would stop working at the grub menu. I had moved bazzite down and windows up in the boot order so i could at least boot into something. When I moved bazzite to the 1st spot I was able to get into the grub menu, go down the my previous version with my keyboard and select in. Back in the game mode now 😄
Just tested restarting my Go and it goes through this whole process again. Is there a way to revert back to the previous version so I don't have to manually do this everytime I restart my go?
