I mean their is a mmr calculator but it’s inaccurate also their is a hidden mmr and public mmr

you can somewhat see what is it by just comparing your games with the ranks though
if there are big ranks in your game then you have a high mmr
say if youre a plat 1 going against plat3s and diamonds then you prob have a high mmr

if youre level 3 then the last thing you need to focus on is mmr
mmr doesnt go into an unrated matchmaking

Although there is hidden MMR in every match made queue (including unrated) you're right that this won't be very accurate since anyone can make an account and skew their MMR and indirectly mess with yours. Also people may play differently or with new agents in unrated, skewing things as well.
Unrated MMR exists, but it's way less reliable than MMR in competitive queue.
