Valorant points error
Today I wanted to buy Valorant Points , but when i clicked on the empty line to fill in my credit card info my pc froze. I couldn't alt+tab nor to alt+f4. What do I do to fix it and is there a way to buy VP not within the game?

P.S. I tried many times to buy VP. And the only was of leaving the game was to either reset or shut down the PC.
