try this

Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware access" 

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.

Cuz the error u are getting is a network error Its pretty straightforward Just do the cmd commands properly Thats what matters the most Also see if they are giving u a proper response

@clxudd were u the first email? first email can do anything even if u change like EVERYTHING the first email can still pull accounts back
