This fake website which is concerning.

I used a vpn and went through the website, I'm not logging in. The ''riot'' login screen looks sort of believable and looks like a scam. btw i knew the code from a youtube short while scrolling, it was a brand new yt acc that i saw post abt 10mins the vid posted i saw the vid. is this real? or scam
