CAN'T PLAY VALORANT
Me and my friend were running up a deathmatch game to warmup for some competitive games. However, when we were loading in, our screens just went black. We restarted our PC's and valorant, we even ended riot client task in task manager and nothing worked. Whenever I load up Valorant, it makes the sound effect like were loading into a game, and puts that zoom in affect with white lines on our screen as if we're loading into a match. But then our screen turns black and we're just stuck :C
I've tried stuff with Vanguard and running Valorant as administrator and nothing works. Please help us because this makes us not able to play Valorant.

Is it because I use a Smaller Resolution?
