Is this a western dress belt?
I was looking for a western belt and came across this thin belt from IRO. I‘m not sure if it can be classified as such. What do you think?

It's a western style. Idk if I'd call it a dress belt, though. Theyre pretty common in #waywt

It’s super thin (2cm), therefore I thought it was automatically more formal.
But maybe it’s not shiny enough to be a proper dress belt, I don’t know.
Due to its thinness I don’t feel like it will work with Jeans for me and thought I’d use it for formal occasions with more formal pants or a suit.
