acc got third party ban for submittin ticket for secure boot and tpm error

so like 2 weeks ago i logged in valo and it said to enable tpm but i was able to play valo for 3 years without any issue , so i submitted a ticket to riot ,the team told will escalate and be in touch after gathering info and after tat next morning i tried to log in and it said acc ban for thrid party still riot didn't give any reply
