Valorant won't boot up

Hello my Valorant won't boot up and I'm pretty sur it's because of Vanguard, since they impleted Vanguard to League of legends today, league stopped working also. See video to see what happens

I tried pretty much everything: -Disable anti-virus and firewall -Add Riot, Vanguard, League and Valorant to Firewall approved app -TPM 2.0 and Safe boot enabled. -IOMMU enabled -Uninstalled every third party app like U.gg, overwolf and even Icue -Uninstalled and Re-installed Valorant, Vanguard and League multiple times. I am trying the Revo technic as we speak It does the same thing
