False bans don’t happen that often
and can I be undbanned ??
Players claiming a "false ban" are in one of seven categories, ordered here by likelihood:
They are presenting a fictional narrative.
They tested a cheat on a smurf, poisoning their main through hardware linking (known internally as "whoopsie daisies").
They shared their account with someone who cheated, usually a paid boosting service or a relative.
They repeatedly queued with a booster that used cheats and ate a 180 day ban for their trouble.
Their account was stolen by a serial rage hacker, who used it to torture other players for exactly 6 games.
They used cheating software for another game, and Vanguard unfortunately picked it up.
They have malware installed that performs the same operations as a cheat.
so this happened to me too yesterday and ofc i have no way to prove other than my word how else would i go about this if i indeed did not cheat?

Yep, I also got perma banned the other day, never cheated.... Valorant Support is 100% useless.
because it makes total sense to ban the account and then you can just make a new one...
You can't do that that's the point
If you try to make another account and play on it you'll be immediately banned
I played on a new account on my computer and it worked fine
Then you were not banned for cheating

so i am actually able to sign onto another account and play i have my main still and it works perfectly fine. what other reasons could the ban go into effect for if its not cheating? i have a permanent suspension and it told me for third party software. so im not hwid banned? i wanna figure out what happened so i dont get my main acc banned im grateful i can still use it but idk why im banned.

I have support tickets 100747354 and 100845349 that just give automated responses saying i used third party software and that im hwid banned when im not.

The automatic responses do not contain that your hardware ID ban as far as I remember
im not home now i will try when im back
but i logged in this morning too and it was fine
didnt play any games tho
i will check again when i get home and try to play a game
ive been contacting riot and my first ticket went no where so ill keep trying

so its a hopeless endeavor?
If you were banned you were most likely banned for a reason
Id recommend just clean wiping your computers
my computer can play on another account, and the tickets say im hwid banned.

this happened to my friend couple years ago and he was able to get his account unbanned and he told me to just keep sending a ticket

hey sorry to keep coming to you for questions. if i played val on my pc and one of the days i played on another could riot ban me thinking my acc got hacked? i will try a ticket again in a couple days and prove that its my acc if that is the case.
Riot doesn't ban accounts that have been hacked
Only if the person that hacked the account cheated
Hacked accounts are normally locked
And you must prove you're the account owner
