stuck on loading screen

havent played valo in months and when i came back i cant even load in. i tried: uninstalling valorant (riot, vanguard etc) making a new disk for valo (part disk) doing network settings stuff pls let me no fix

alr tried i checked the crash file using log viewer it says "isp64.dll. unloaded"

try this

Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware access" 

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.

okay will try again once i get home if it doesnt work any solution other than that? i think it has something to do w the internet tho
