We see that factors like 37, 38 and so on do not have 5 as a prime factor Since l is not required we just need k, so our concern is only towards the factors that provide 5 so

we see that 5^6 is in the numerator and 5^4 is in the denominator So we get 5^2 Our coefficient is 60C24 times 5^3 So that will be some number x 5^2 x 5^3 Hence k=5
