smart placement + RPC
I got seen zoned on general discussions with this question, figured I'd ask here 😅 . Would love some clarification.
Quick question about the smart placement limitation on RPC service bindings. Is that temporary? Or is it a limitation that is expected to be around for a while? Not looking for a timeline, just some confirmation the vision for RPC.

This limitation will be around for a little while, but smart placement and service bindings are intended to complement each other and we definitely want to get these working together.
Hey Max. First off thank you for answering the question! I was getting a bit bummed with the long delay haha.
And understood, good to know that it's planned work / on the roadmap. I was thinking of moving my Pages -> worker communication to RPC, but I didn't want to shoot myself in the foot if this was never going to be optimized and made compliant, good to know that it will work eventually 🙂
