Blue screen, can't launch game contacted Riot. More questions

Hello, I have been getting blue screened since thursday, i've sent a ticket and talked with admins. I simply can't seem to find the issue. They asked me to do something but its not working properly, here is the screenshot so you can see and understand what i mean:
