dual-booting installation troubles

hello, I successfully installed bazzite the first time as dual(triple) boot to see if the one game i still need windows for can work there, but i did not allocate enough space in the partition for the game (off by 2gb...), so i wanted to reinstall bazzite: delete boot and system partition and reboot to usb. i tried this twice and i get the same message. pls help

I think I have seen this before in atomic desktops in general. I think it's when it tries to copy the files that need to go into the efi partition that it falls over (because the fedora files are already there). I'm going to see if I can reproduce in a VM

That's what I'm thinking but you might want to backup all of them first. and might be better to move the fedora entries and then try and re-install again. I'll try reproduce it in a VM.

In Summary, it looks like there is problem when you install an atomic desktop like Bazzite, nuke it's partition, and then try and install it again in future. I have had a few people that I've helped with the same issue in the last week, so I decided to make a video guide for fixing this. https://youtu.be/GRdz08hJByo Hopefully this gets fixed upstream by Fedora soon but until then, hopefully this will help anyone who is dual-booting on a single disk.
