same, my pc started with windows 11 and it WAS working but now nothing i do works
i also have tpm on my pc enabled so i dont know the issue

The conclusion is u need to contact riot support and tell them ur pc doesn't support tpm 2.0 and ask them to lift the restriction from ur account
