Event Hanlder Leaks

Hi, Im messing around with memory profling It saying that that
Unsubscribe CruZ.GameEngine.GameSystem.Physic.PhysicBodyComponent From System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary<System.Type, CruZ.GameEngine.GameSystem.Component>
Unsubscribe CruZ.GameEngine.GameSystem.Physic.PhysicBodyComponent From System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary<System.Type, CruZ.GameEngine.GameSystem.Component>
But i have no idea how can i unsubcribe an dictionary. Does it mean to remove the instance from dictionary? If so why it is consider a leak? Much thanks!
