Ticket just disappeared
When I submitted the ticket it lead me to the first attachment, then when I went to "my tickets" theres nothing in there.

When a ticket is submitted, it doesn’t immediately go into your tickets
its still there
you'll get an email

ye I provided them the email but I didn't get sent anything

Make sure the email does not exist
theirs nothing
If you have other emails, check those also
