optimising valorant
i see a lot of people talking about disabling windows background process but does it increase fps a lot and will disabling them cause problems for using windows in general? im currently playing with an i5 7200u and get between 30 - 50 fps but its kinda random

I wouldn't disable it
Cuz of a lot of reasons that i don't waana try and name
also it depends on your system configuration and the specific processes you disable.
