I heard people said that Chamber is good for newbie,should i buy him ?

You need to have very good aim to suffice
Not good for newbie, get someone like reyna or smth
there's no "not good for newbie"
eventually you'll main and like some agents more than other ones
you can go in the range and try all the agent abilities and see which one's you like
if you don't know what some are necessarily for just search up highlights of the agent on youtube, eventually if you keep playing the game you'll unlock all the agents and just see whichever suits you the best competitively.

Reyna is not good for newbie just because it reinforces playing bad to get kills. Other than that, any agent goes imo.
