Hello, my account has been compromised and the person who took possession of it used VP to purchase a knife skin worth 50€. I would like to know the procedure to follow to get refund (at least in VP). I have already contacted support and it's still a bot that sends me the same message (attachment) specifying that it is possible to get a refund for a weapon skin purchased by a stranger on their account. No matter how many times where I restart the conversation by asking for help from a human it's always the same automatic response that I receive...
