Windows 11 or 10
If you don't know check it
If its win 11 try to go back to win 10 it will work I guess it worked for me if it's windows 10 try formating your pc
But you have to remember the passowrds
a match is like 30 minutes
its a great game
but dont spend ur life on it and focus and ur actual life not just the game only
