Costs have skyrocketed
Please explain how my costs have skyrocketed while nothing has changed with my endpoints and my usage has gone down if anything.

Billing is only showing serverless having a cost, so it is not unauthorized access.
try checking the billing for more detailed bill
@Tony!
I have checked, there is no reason my bill should be higher
Well if it doesn't match the billing's page maybe try contacting support
On email or webchat
I have
They send one word responses every 3 days
Claiming my API key was leaked on GitHub, they ask for screenshots of my account instead of actually looking at my account on their end
It's pretty useless
There is no additional usage, if anything, there's less usage on my account yet my bill is higher than ever
No additional usage? Even on hosted endpoints?
Wow you better delete the API key first from your account
You are just like support......
Thick
Im not a support guy just trying to help as well as I can
The API key was never leaked, I guess that's just their go-to excuse instead of actually looking into things.
I don't get what you mean by thick mind explaining?
Stop letting companies take advantage of your free labor.
Ahh
Maybe let's call support here?
For sure, I'd love for them to actually do something
@Papa Madiator can you look into this?
Try giving your support ID if there is any
And some screenshots on billing maybe
Umm what?
He said his support isn't helping on email or webchat
I did not see any ticket like this
I've been using support chat, which is listed on your website as one of the official methods for support
from what I see it got escalated today
Just more time wasted as costs rack up
Hi @Tony!, escalating this internally, sorry for the troubles.
@Tony! hi there, I've sent you a credit code for $100 in your DMs for the troubles, we're still investigating the issue on our side and we'll update you on our findings.
A little more context on what exactly happened on our end, we pushed an update to our Docker containers on April 13th and noticed a jump in cost, we rolled everything back on April 18th to the containers we'd been using for over a year and it was still causing an elevated cost. From our end, we cannot tell why this cost is so much higher. We're looking at the metrics of the endpoints and it just doesn't make sense.
was the docker image public?
It is not public, no
unprotected github repo?
Private repo
None of our API keys were leaked
Madiator, check the slack, API keys weren't leaked.
The usage does not match the billing
Hmm then it's more billing stuff then can't help with that much
Yep, has nothing to do with unauthorized access
was this sorted out?
No
is there a ticket open?
There’s something in your slack related to it. You’re free to open a ticket if you need.
ok thanks
