Account help

Hello 2 days ago i was playing on my valorant account and it was all good until yesterday, when i tried to log into my account it said that doesn't exist. Anyone had this problem? I submitted 2 tickets to riot but nothing helpful. I tried to add myself on other account, and it says that nothing was found.
