Ive had valorant for 2 weeks and today i got this error (picture) i think the anti cheat uninstalled some how but ive done every thing it said and it wont work. pls help

ping spikes and fps drops for no reasonive been getting random ping spikes throughout the past couple days same with fps drops can anyone hHacked Account!
