Completely clueless on how choose a style/dress for warm weather now that I've lost weight and gaine

Hello, I am in need of some help. I have spent the last decade between two outfits. Hoodie and Jeans, or athletic shorts and cotton t shirt. I'm at the point where all of my shirts are extremely old and too big as I have lost around 60lbs. I have some pairs of new light and dark wash jeans as well as some grey chinos. I am just not sure what sort of tops to pair with them. I have an extremely long torso which has made trying to find things difficult as well. I also only really own running shoes and was wondering if anyone could suggest a solid casual shoe that I could pair with different sorts of things. People have commented that it's odd I wear running shoes with clothes that are not athletic if that makes sense. I am 29yo, 6'2 and around 205lbs. I wear a lot of flannels in the fall and winter but I have no clue what people wear in the spring and summer times as far as being "casual" goes. I just have absolutely no idea how style works and I don't want to keep wearing these old baggy cotton shirts that have worn beyond belief. Below are some pictures to give you an idea of what I look like and have been wearing. I just want to switch to a new style and not keep wearing the clothes I've had since highschool lol https://imgur.com/a/6Syf0We I've mainly just been switching between these two outfits. I'm not really sure where to go from there. The picture with the blue shirt and jeans was from a wedding just to show my proportions really.

Take a look at some of the recent pics in #waywt now that spring is here. Lots of ideas there.

For shoes, I'm looking forward to wearing sandals (Birkenstocks), canvas sneakers (like Converse or Vans), penny loafers

For shirts, camp collar shirts are nice, especially linen. A&F has some decent options.

try not to get overwhelmed, take a look thru wawyt like jfarrel suggested, check out the guides, hit #inspiration and #brands to see what ppl here are excited about, and try to build up an inspiration album of things you think look cool.

Well, we can help. But it does take time and effort to dress better. There is no magical solution.

to that end also take your time; you may find you like one camp collar shirt but then get annoyed when you buy eight and nothing else clark wallabees are another casual shoe optionhttps://discord.com/channels/1116793467654381685/1116800072093532191/1233503864922308709 https://discord.com/channels/1116793467654381685/1116800072093532191/1227346746389303306 https://discord.com/channels/1116793467654381685/1116800072093532191/1224771462049829005
