I can't recover my account password
I need to update the DNS to be congruent with Google/Yahoo's update.
Account recovery is not going to my email to reset the password. Can I get support for this?

Only works when logged out. It has an option for if you can't receive emails at x addresss
I submitted the request.
As a side note, we've submitted requests to CloudFlare before but never heard back 10+ days.
Is this typical?
What do you mean "requests"?
For example, free doesn't have any support for anything but billing/account/etc, so you'd never hear back on those tickets, the bot should say as such
If you mean account recovery stuff I don't know, It's kind of rare we hear about those, my sample size is like maybe 5 people who heard back within a few business days for further verification and such
