Is it a mistake in the solution when they went from step 2 to 3? The limit formula for x^n - a^n / x-a needs the limit as x --> a right, but here they gave it as x-->0 and still used the formula

Brother... In the case let's say 1+3x =t So as x->0+ t->1+ So you can say.. ,tex [t^{1/3} -1]/[t-1]

The solution is accurate You can also just use L H'ospital rule if you want Obv I prefer using Standard Limits cause they're really handy
