got a suspension because Valorant crash and blackscreen cause of the new update

Hello, I get a suspension for 20 hours because of some issues about the new update and my driver's apparently. I already send a tickets to support but I want to know if they would see it before the end of the suspension or not. For the problem I encounter, I crash two times in the same ranked game and in at the start and at the end of a team deathmatch (at the beginning I didn't see the message saying that was a problem with my driver because my computer just blackscreen, and after I saw it, I looked at my driver and they we're all update, so I think that was my online network because he is very bad and start playing on 4g, that the reason why I start two other game after the crash in ranked). That was my first time being afk, I haven't being toxic, send racist message or things like that, so I don't understand why the bot get so rude with me... I just lost a lot of rr and my day to play, so little sad and I have to wait an another day I think ? For the problem of the update, I don't know why but, now I didn't crash anymore. I past the night trying to test what driver could cause the problem, or a windows update, and other stuff like that. And I don't know, the problem just disappear...
