I bottled my pc up this morning and this came up valorant

I messed with the secure boot and the tpm2.0 in windows 10 when I messed with it I was stuck on a ♾️ loop of my bios couldn’t get back into windows after messing with so much I ended up trying again and the windows logo popped up I think it would be best if someone could guide me through on what to do thank you #help
