This Build of Vanguard is out of Compliance
My safe boot is currently turned off and i cant enter bios to change it cuz neither of my keyboard works while the pci s getting started up,
Tried changing it from regedit option and after restarting its back to point 0 again not point 1 as i saved it to be,
Powershell doesnt recognize the command > Found online
And if i access bios through the advanced option i cant use either my mouse or keyboard
To anyone that had the same issue or that knows how to fix this issue please let me know, would help a loot

You can enter bios using shutdown command with flags
shutdown /r /fwI managed to enter and keyboard is working but I would like to know about this image
Does it mean that the secure boot is enabled or disabled
Secure Boot State: disabled
You must enable it which it looks like you did
Then restart your computer
