1 year suspension
seriously? firstly a 3 days suspension after responding to a teammate, okay you're right. then 14 days restriction even though i haven't been toxic after the first ban, now a whole year ban? i can only access my account that i have spent money on after a whole year? are you all for real??????????
i need access to my account right now. or refund me all my money spent on an account i cannot even use for a whole year.

i demand an immediate resolution to my 1 year account suspension. this is my account, my money and my right. you cannot ban someone for a whole year just because they responded to another toxic teammate.
if your support accepts discord calls, please inform me with it. i need to speak to someone. 1 year suspension is not it.

firstly, let me clear some things up.
1. it is riot's account, riot's money that you willingly gave them, and riot's right to suspend tou
2. you can either dispute the charges with your bank and get your account permanently locked until you repay those charges.
3. you can appeal your suspension through a valorant support ticket with an official support member.
or
4. you can just wait the 1 year out.

"Riot's money", I spent money in return of skins and perks in game. Now, if you took the skins and whole account that has been active since 2019, refund the payments I made.
I made an appeal and submitted a ticket but the response wasn't clear at all and it was very basic. it was obvious it is generated for all tickets and the agent just copy pasted it without continuing reading my concern.
the 4th point is uselessly sarcastic and rude. Behaving wouldn't hurt. Especially that you know you're responding to a frustrated user.
it is no longer you're money when you are PAYING for a digital item.
if the support agent didnt overrule the suspension, than the suspension will stay for a year.

The support agent did not even bother taking a minute from their time to read my complaint and ticket.
Just responded with a vague response that can be copy pasted to any other complaint.
how are they stealing your money...? you willingly gave them your money in return for a digital item, it clearly shows in their terms of service that you lose the right to refund money

i've given you all your options and it seems you have tried them all. since the support agent didnt overrule your suspension, your account will stay suspended for a year.

i assure you they read every request... if they didnt unlock your account then they made their decision which is final
It was like they were just trying to answer all queues to get rid of it and marks their job as done
If they for a fact read my whole request, they would have pointed out every point I mentioned.

they have over thousands of tickets per day and not enough time to make a conversation with everyone in each ticket
A support agent's job is to read customers' and users' requests and questions and reply to each one of them accordingly
which they did in your ticket:
1. they read your concern
2. they responded to your concern
It isn't even a conversation. It is a whole paragraph reply. As a 'company' like Riot, which now is becoming less and less valuable, they're supposed to take the time and point out EACH complaint or request given by the customer. And not address one point, then leave the others with no response.
Very poor communication tools given by Riot as a direct connection between the user and the support agent.

I surely think you're underestimating my knowledge about what a support agent tasks and job should be. The agent was definitely not doing 100% their job.
Once again, a support agent is supposed to take the whole request, treat and respond each point given by the user. Not reply to one point and leave the rest
